I received multiple quotes for a new residential HVAC system to replace my old one before deciding to go with 1st Choice. They seemed to take the responsibility more seriously than the others, and wanted to make sure they did the math correctly, so I wouldn't just have new equipment with the latest coolant, but it would be designed properly and optimized to provide the best results for the entire home. This was important to them as they wanted to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction after the sale and installation, which was worth it because I am a very satisfied customer! The technician was very thorough checking out everything and spelling out what could use some work. He did not push us to do anything, but simply spelled out what could happen if his recommendations were not done. It is the most complete inspection I have ever seen of our Air Conditioning and Heating System. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to feel confident they are not being taken advantage of.
