Came in to cancel my membership a few weeks ago and was told that I could freeze it for 3 months in case I changed my mind down the line. I was told there would be no charges while it was frozen. Apparently that doesn't apply to the yearly fee and when I asked for a refund I was told that's not possible. No way to appeal it or anything.
