We were really hoping to love this venue, but unfortunately the customer service fell short. During our scheduled tour, the staff member came across as uninterested and somewhat bothered by our presence and questions. A more welcoming experience likely would have made a big difference, as we genuinely would have considered booking. Because of this, we decided to continue our search.

I’m incredibly grateful to Three Stories Venue for helping save my 30th birthday celebration after the venue I originally booked canceled the day of my event. The team at Three Stories was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. The venue itself was beautiful. The Houston skyline was the perfect backdrop for the evening, and all of my vendors were able to access the upstairs space without any issues, which helped everything run smoothly. My guests loved the venue, and the night turned out even better than I originally imagined. I’m so appreciative of their team and highly recommend this venue for any special event.

This is a very nice venue with an inviting atmosphere that immediately makes guests feel comfortable. The space is clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed, which worked perfectly for hosting an event. The staff truly stood out—they were welcoming, attentive, and professional from start to finish, making sure everything ran smoothly and addressing any needs promptly. Their level of service added significant value to the overall experience and helped create a positive, stress-free event. The layout of the room allowed for good flow and interaction among guests, and the overall ambiance made it an enjoyable place to gather. While there were some minor challenges with parking due to city construction and the room becoming warm at times, these did not overshadow the overall experience. This is a really good place to host an event, and I would confidently use this venue again and recommend it to others.
