Five star customer service Matt was excellent at the Walnut Creek store helped us pick out the equipment. We arranged to have some of the machines installed. They called when they were supposed to. They were on time they were courteous. The whole experience was great from start to finish I will definitely be using them again. 💯🇺🇸

Kenny was so helpful! We ordered a treadmill sight-unseen based on online descriptions and reviews. Turned out it was not the machine for us. Kenny was very helpful in helping us choose a treadmill to match our needs, and the exchange process was very smooth. We are very happy with the service we received and SO glad we purchased through 360 Fitness instead of direct from the manufacturer.

I was so excited when I found the perfect flooring I have been looking for on the 360 website. It stated to contact the store to order. I wanted to order 100 pieces of their 4x4 tiles and was told they would not ship it to me. (I am willing to pay the shipping fee) I was super sad and shocked they would rather lose the sale. The guy I talked to seemed totally ok with the lost sale.

This review is about the excellent service I received from start to finish from the Walnut Creek branch. I had been wanting to purchase a treadmill for a while, but it was hard to know which one would be a good fit for me without trying them out in person. Matt was extremely professional, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable about each model in the store. With his help, I was able to narrow down my selection to a really nice treadmill that I feel I will be happy with for many years. The team that came to deliver and install the treadmill a week later was top notch also. Nikko and two other men were punctual, polite, and professional. They managed to heave up a 500+ lb treadmill to the top floor and efficiently install it well within the scheduled time frame. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have been shopping for a recumbent bike. We were not sure what we wanted and had many questions. I’m so thankful we worked with Kenny! He was very helpful and very patient. We were able to call him and ask him questions then talk about it then call him back several times. He definitely wanted to help us find the right bike for us. Not only was Kenny great, but 360 fitness had the best prices. Definitely recommend Kenny King at 360!
