I’m really disappointed with our experience here. We recently moved to the area and I booked pedicures online for my daughter and I as a way to spend some quality time together and hopefully find a place we could come back to regularly. My daughter has sensory sensitivities, especially with her feet, so it took some encouragement to get her comfortable with the idea. I was genuinely looking forward to making it a positive experience for her. The front desk staff member was kind and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once the service started, the experience shifted. The technician doing my pedicure, Tee, came across as impatient and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by normal interactions, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The pedicure itself was just okay and she never checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is one of the more basic options and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I didn’t say anything during the appointment because I didn’t want to disrupt the experience for my daughter. I had framed this as something fun for us to do together and I didn’t want her to feel that tension. Toward the end, we also felt rushed out, even while our polish was still fresh. From what I could see, there were several open chairs and no one waiting, so the rushed feeling was confusing. At one point, the technician came back and pushed the ticket toward me without much communication, which added to the overall feeling of being hurried through. Overall, it was disappointing. I had hoped to find a place we could visit regularly but I’ll be continuing my search for a salon that feels more welcoming and considerate.
