went in to get a copy of a chipper key made and the gentleman at the front counter had me a key cut in under 10 minuets! friendly service and great customer care, i will be bringing all of my key and lock needs to a1 locksmith fortworth!

Came in to rekey couple locks Bryan guy that has been working 18 years of what he told me was rude even tho I was willing to pay for all rekeys he didn’t seem to want to do the job he kept telling to just order it online already rekeyed even tho I told him I need them done today he kept telling me well your going to pay a lot I said that’s fine yet still telling me to just buy new locks online, this employee looks like he does not want to work you can tell by his attitude not very friendly either, A-1 you need to hire people with good attitude and willing to work not rude smart ass lazy employee I understand you guys are lazy and won’t do the service, there was no confusion on the situation he just didn’t want to do the work you can tell Bryan is full of it and lazy

I have used this locksmith previously and was a return customer. After this last experience, I will never use A-1 Locksmith again. I needed a new lock for a front and back door with the same key. This job required a forced entry, 2 mortise cylinders for 2 doors and I needed 5 keys made. This company charged me $714.45. They gouged me with egregious pricing and fees!
