In a world where it feels like companies are constantly looking to fleece you with inflated prices and subpar work, they are a breath of fresh air. We initially called another company that claimed to be in San Francisco, but the tech actually drove in from Sacramento. They quoted us a ridiculous price, and when we asked for a second opinion, the technician actually threatened to 'blacklist' us. We couldn't have been happier to see them leave. Hamid and Ed (the technician I called A Plus and Hamid was immediately helpful, asking relevant questions and requesting photos to diagnose the issue. Excellent and fast response! Garage door would open part way then stop and close. It happened several times and in between did work properly. I disengaged door opener but door was too heavy to lift manually so I called A Plus. Huey arrived in less than 10 minutes and checked the springs which weren’t broken. He reset the opener and lubed the springs so he did the routine maintenance which he said should be done annually. He explained after the rains the wood door absorbs moisture and is heavier for opener to lift so it needed a reset. I am very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend A Plus for your garage door issues.
