I used A1Plus to install an EV charger and repair the grounding conductor for the electrical installation. I am very pleased with the service, Bert did a great job. Starting from delivering the estimate, all the way through to project completion. Transparent pricing, quality work, attention to the detail. Will use them again, and I highly recommend.

My thanks goes out to Eric Bell for entertaining my ideas and offering his knowledge to help me achieve my goals. He was patient and understanding in what I was trying to accomplish and guided me to making the best choices while keeping cost as low as possible on my end. The two installers who came out did an excellent job as well. They where very considerate and eager to ensure I was happy with the work provided. Craftmanship was great and they made sure to explain the setup and even pointed out some separate concerns. I will use A1 in the future and would recommend them to others in the Katy area.

A1 Plus did a great job on the installation of my Generac backup power generator. The unit was delivered on a Monday and operational on Friday. I followed them through the entire process. The quality of work was excellent. The installers were very careful not to damage any existing inground service wires or plumbing. The unit, electrical and natural gas components were neatly installed.

Did well They could come out quickly and seemed to know what they were doing. The fix seemed expensive. Then they had to come out again because there was a surge during their work that broke one of our fans. They will install the new fan but would not pay for the fan itself. Juan was our second tech and he was very sweet and knowledgeable. I would use them again Daniel and Kiki did a great job on replacing fans and the they found issues with the wire and replacing wires with no extra charge. I appreciate the work done and any issues we had, they quickly corrected. Well done !
