Just purchased a new under-counter refrigerator From A&A Appliance. Have been buying appliances since our move to Sacramento in 2001. As always, no pressure, helpful and satisfying experience with lots of trust, since we bought the appliance sight unseen over the Net. Works like a dream!

I have always liked AA Appliances. The staff is friendly and professional. My microwave went out and I had to order a new one. This time it was odd. All done over the phone, no problem. However I had to arrange for the installer to come out. AA gave me two contacts. One never called back, the other did. Then the installer asked me where I purchased the appliance and wanted the model number. I was surprised AA put that work on the buyer. AA did follow up with a text to make sure the installer had an appointment. Not the best customer service. Times have changed

This shop has one of the worst online ordering systems I’ve ever experienced in 2026. I haven’t visited in person, so this review is only for online ordering. To buy something online, even a small part, you must: 1. Order the item 2. Wait an indefinite number of days for one of their specialists to email you with the total cost 4. Go pay that amount on a separate site 5. Email them your invoice number and 6. Wait an indefinite amount of time to receive the items shipped using literal stamps without tracking info. I received my order correctly, but would recommend they implement a better system like Shopify.

We recently purchased all new appliances from this store, including a Miele built-in espresso machine that alone cost over 6k. Our sales rep was Scott. For such a significant purchase, we expected guidance and expertise, especially since we’re not knowledgeable about these appliances and were looking for professional insight. Unfortunately, Scott offered zero advice or feedback on which models would be the best fit for us. Any time we had questions, he seemed bothered. For the cost and scale of our order, the experience was disappointing and far below the level of customer service we expected. Do not waste your money on the Miele. The machine performs automatic rinsing cycles at all hours of day/night when it powers on, powers off, and after each drink preparation. These rinses use water that drains into the dump tray. Even with light use, the rinse water adds up quickly in the small dump tray. We may have 2 cups a day if that. The tray needs to be removed and dumped more than the drink count. He has to have known this and explained the process. We are also experiencing issues with other appliances. When we reached out to Scott for support, his response was simply to send us a link to the manufacturer for service. It has become very clear that once this store has your payment, you are no longer their concern.
