My friend’s car was towed from my apartment visitor lot within ~20 minutes — so yes, while unfortunate, it was technically our mistake. But what followed at this facility was one of the most disorganized and questionable experiences I’ve seen. We called the number provided by my apartment and got nothing but an automated system with 0 help. We then drove to the lot within 10–15 minutes, where the front desk told us the car “wasn’t there”. It was — we found it ourselves in the back lot with the alarm going off. From there, the process only got worse. Staff took another 10-15 minutes trying to figure out what to do, then told us to text the VIN to a random phone number to begin the release process. The biggest issue: payment. We were told the fee was $321 and that they accept cash only. Texas regulations state that vehicle storage facilities are required to accept credit cards. When we handed over $400 cash, the attendant openly laughed in our faces and said they don’t give change, even though they were the ones demanding cash. We were then forced to pay an ATM fee on-site just to get closer to the exact amount. At best, this operation is poorly run. At worst, it feels intentionally set up to take advantage of people in a stressful situation. Document everything if you end up here. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.

What a place. It's the stuff of predatory nightmares getting your car back from here. Helped my young cousin get her car back from here and it's looks like a prison, then they only allow one person in to pay and get her car. It's a spooky and the place is falling apart.

I’ve lived in many places and have never had a tow company harass my vehicle as much as this one. I drive a 4x4 and it has lower tires after off roading, but they’re certainly not flat. They’re constantly putting notices on my vehicle threatening to tow for a flat. I’ll put it this way. The tires are operational on the road while driving, so I’m unsure why they’re a problem while parked. I consider a flat completely sunken down at the bottom. In addition, the staff has never bothered me and they see me all the time near the vehicle.

It’s an impound lot. I get that. But could yall not have a creepy shady side door you have to go in through on the weekends. I get a very criminal vibe just looking at the place. This is the second time I’ve been here and it still creeps me out. The wire going to a button you push to be let in just makes it worse. I feel like I’m either about to shock myself or I’m going into a prison. Either way not something I wanna do 😂. Both times the people at the desk have just been wonderful. Never any real problems. But the place give me the heebie-jeebies. Could you guys invest in maybe someone just being inside through the normal door. Please 🙏 I will also say this the price you pay per day is actually pretty decent compared to other places. Thank you for not charging me a months worth of pay for a week.

Giving these people one star is too much. Winter storm fern’s icey road conditions caused us to get stuck in the ditch and we are from out of town. It was impounded by these people and it was 10 days before I could get it out because of there “rules” stating I could not let my family go get my truck. Working seven days a week, not only did they not work with me in any kind of way, the big lady is very dang rude to say the least. $810.00 is what they charged me, when I asked why so much they said that it took two of their trucks to get my TACOMA out of the ditch. Very rude, very overpriced, and they will take advantage of some poor working fella that’s already struggling. These guys also got my work equipment stolen while in there possession almost costing me my job as well of a grand towing fee. Poor attitude, sorry sorry people that I pray I’m nowhere ever around again in this lifetime and that’ll still be way too soon!!!
