Boyd and Ann did a great job in getting our VA mortgage set up and kept us informed every step of the way. You can tell Boyd is very good in dealing with the VA as we got all documents and an approved loan much quicker than expected. Ann kept us up to speed on the "items" that usually slow down loan approval and there were no glitches along the way. Can't say enough about their professionalism in getting things done!!!!

We were inundated with offers to refinance our home. What made Accredited Mortgage stand out was it is owned and operated by a Military Veteran. Being a veteran myself I found a comfort dealing with a fellow vet. I was not wrong. Boyd was "on it'. He and his assistant answered every question and were professional yet patient and "real people''. They knew exactly what they were doing. He called every step the way it went through quickly and painlessly. I would recommend Accredited Mortgage Services to anyone including my family.

As a Realtor, I end up working with many lenders for my clients. So when I started working with Boyd to refinance my home I was skeptical not having worked with him previously. However, I can say I was very impressed with his professionalism, communication, and knowledge about the mortgage industry. He explained everything very clearly, and was a pleasure to work with. Oh, and he also got me a GREAT rate on my VA refinance. Thanks Boyd!
