I have lived at 21 for 11 years. It’s a wonderful place to live in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Texas! The staff are kind, attentive and work very hard to keep our home a great place to live! Action Management is the positive change we needed, thanks to our GM, Niki!! She and her team are fantastic! Kendall at the front desk is the best we’ve had in a long time! He and others are the face at 21, and they are all(valet, cleaning crew and maintenance teams) appreciated!!

Niki Frazier, CMCA, AMS, is the best General Manager in many years. I've have lived here coming up on 20 years so I've been through many mgrs. and 3 management companies. I've never posted a review on this subject before. That should say something. In full disclosure, our previous mgmt co. was very good-- until the top change, so, even though for many years, 21 Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX continued to use the same mgmt co. for a long time, and even though we've had many good General Managers, Niki came into the job when our aging bldg had to make many seriously expensive decisions in a very short period of time, most GM's would have quit on the spot. She took on the challenge full steam without blinking. And she, along with an excellent Board of Directors, accomplished more than I ever dreamed possible, accurately, financially sound, in the shortest time that was feasible and responsible. That is the number One reason for this particular first time review. Thank you in advance for reading this review.

Several years into my ownership of a high-rise condo, our HOA Board hired Action Property Management as their new management company. One of Action's first responsibilities was to address a fairly significant deferred maintenance issue in the building. Resolving the issue required coordination with Board members to identify and interview vendors, gather bids, finalize funding, and get the project underway. During each phase of the project, Action has provided regular communication with Board Members and Residents to keep them comfortably in the loop while also maintaining their high standard of managing the sizable staff in the building (Concierge, Valet, Maintenance, and Housekeeping team members). I highly recommend Action Property Management and Niki Frazier (General Manager) for your community’s needs.
