I took to Facebook as needed a Pest Control Company, and they were one of three or four recommend in my local group. I checked there website, which looked very professional. The fact that they supported St Peter's Hospice was what swung it for me. I had "very noisy squatters" in a loft. I work from home in an upstairs bedroom, and their parties were freaking me out! It turned out to be grey squirrels. The price quoted was less than my local council price. And the price was for the complete job, not per visit. It took 3 visits for the noisy to stop. It was Matt who I was dealing with. He was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and approachable. He explained what he was doing and showed me some photos of what "the squatters" had been up to. Happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Unfortunately I posted my review too soon. "The squatters" returned within weeks. When I contact Advance again they were either too busy or away. They recommended a different company who I contacted. They were much better, got rid of "the squatters" and more importantly sealed the access route. Something Advance Pest Control didn't even offer to do.

We just wanted to say the biggest ‘Thank you’ to Matt today for his prompt visit . No one wants to have to call a pest control company in , but I have to say if you have to we would highly recommend Advanced Pest Control Bristol. Matt has obviously got a lot of experience and knowledge, he was very professional , calm and meticulous on his visit with his questioning and investigating of our issue . He also took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and reassured us with a clear action plan going forward . With the greatest respect in the world Matt, we hope we don’t see you again soon in a professional capacity, but we do know if we do have any further issues or concerns it will be you we call. Matt was very polite and efficient and came back a couple of times to make sure the rats were gone. He explained the process well so I knew what was happening and I would recommend him to anyone with unwanted visitors.

Had Adam visit today on referral from a friend. Superb service! Managed to slot me in quickly before what sounds like a well-earned break! Provided lots of information, advice and happy to answer LOTS of questions! Super knowledgeable, friendly and willing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Adam was amazing. I sent an email Sunday evening after a shock discovery of a cockroach in my kitchen, hoping for a reply the next day, but to my relief, got a reply the same Sunday evening offering advice. Adam's support and advice over the next day was great, and I now hopefully have the problem resolved. Would absolutely recommend.
