He was very polite and considerate, which was appreciated. On Xmas day, the hot water faucet handle on my kitchen sink fell off and created a geyser. I called several plumbing companies who gave high consultation fees. Most weren’t available until the next day. Fortunately, I found Advanced Plumbing and Drain. Tim answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day between 7-8. Alex kept me updated as to his arrival time. I opened the door to a very friendly happy plumber who put us at ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. Alex did a quick fix at a fair price so that we could celebrate Christmas that day.
