Installed a new furnace and ductwork. A good price. Scheduling was a bit delayed but understandable given their delivery issues and other customers’ more urgent needs. All communications were timely and delays reasonable. They never adversely affected my renovation schedule and were always timely. The quality of their work was excellent, and at times innovative. I will use them again and again.

They figured out what was really going on and why my AC was no longer cooling (it was not a leak). They were persistent, clear and thorough. Highly recommended!

I received exceptional service from Air Flow Pros during what could have been a very dangerous situation. On the coldest night of the winter, my carbon monoxide alarm went off. Later that evening, PG&E confirmed that our furnace had failed and was releasing carbon monoxide into our home. The next morning, I began calling HVAC contractors. None of the nine companies I contacted could help for at least a week. Fortunately, a friend from my daughter’s school referred me to Jose. He answered on the second ring, immediately understood the issue, and told me his Vice President would be at my house within the hour. Just 30 minutes later, Rudy arrived and quickly confirmed the diagnosis with his equipment. Jose immediately recognized the urgency of the situation. Not only were we without heat in freezing temperatures, but our family was also at risk of further carbon monoxide exposure. By 5:00 p.m. that same day, Air Flow Pros had sourced and delivered a new furnace, assembled a six-person crew, and begun removing the old unit. By 8:00 p.m., the new furnace was professionally installed, the work area was spotless, and our home was once again warm and safe. The service was truly outstanding. I cannot say enough great things about Airflow Pros. My elderly father’s furnace started making a high-pitched whistling noise, and after a quick Google search, I knew this wasn’t something to ignore. Since I live out of the area and my father is elderly, I was understandably anxious about getting someone out quickly. I called Airflow Pros and left a message — and within 10 minutes, Rudy, one of the owners, personally called me back. I explained the situation, emphasizing my father’s age and the urgency, and Rudy immediately understood. He told me he could be at the house within 15 minutes. That alone speaks volumes. Rudy arrived with his son Rocky, and from the moment they walked in, they made my father feel comfortable. They quickly bonded over being veterans, which meant a great deal to my dad. Rudy is a huge supporter of veterans and EMS personnel, and that respect and gratitude clearly carries into how he runs his business. Both Rudy and Rocky were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. They promptly diagnosed the issue and, unfortunately, discovered it was more serious than a faulty inducer. The furnace had cracks and minor carbon monoxide leakage, making replacement the safest option. Under normal circumstances, I would have gathered multiple bids — but Rudy’s price was very fair, transparent, and competitive. Given the safety concerns, he didn’t hesitate and made arrangements to replace the furnace that same day. I am a no bullshit type of person and they gained my respect immediately so I did not feel the need to get a quote from anyone else. Within two hours, a full crew was onsite. The installation team was efficient, skilled, and extremely respectful of my father’s home. They worked quickly, paid attention to every detail, and left the area spotless when the job was done. Airflow Pros delivered not just exceptional HVAC service, but compassion, urgency, and integrity — especially when it mattered most.
