Houston summer heat.....and the time had come for us to put a new a/c unit in. We've been using Air Tech for quite a few years, and have always been happy with their service. This time was no exception. MC came out the same day we called to diagnose the problem, and gave us several options. We knew we needed a new system, but didn't feel PRESSURED to buy one. After deciding on the system we were going with, Julian and his crew came out the next morning and got it installed in a very timely manner. They really made the entire process as seamless as i had hoped. I'm very grateful Air Tech's service and will continue to use and recommend them. UPDATE: Jesus G. came out to do the quality inspection and follow-up after we had our new system installed. He was very thorough, and answered all questions I had for him. He also provided some helpful tips and insight on things I could do to keep the system running at optimal levels. We're very pleased with the level of service Air-Tech provided from start to finish. NEW UPDATE: Diana came out and inspected the new breaker panel we had installed. She was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained everything and made sure I was happy. She also set up a follow up inspection for our new HVAC system. She went above and beyond and I am thankful.
