Coach Blair is a fantastic coach! My son has been going to him for a few months now to improve his track performance. While running high school track last year, we noticed a group of boys in my son's event that were very successful. Asking around, we learned that they trained with Coach Blair, so we thought we'd give AAT a shot. This summer my son has done both the indoor trainings at Texas Strength Systems and various outdoor running locations. He enjoys the workouts. He has gained strength, explosiveness, and most importantly, corrected his running form. We are looking forward to attacking track season this year with Coach Blair's help!

I started training with Blair in May 2024 after a serious overuse injury (hip/glute), I had been doing PT for 8 weeks and although much better I was a long way from my goal which was to basically get back to being 100% active and hike in Durango in June.
