We enrolled our son at 4; now at 6 he’s so glad he’s part of this wonderful club. Coach Nuno and Coach Donavan have made huge impacts on our son. If you’re on the fence and they’re accepting new students, I cannot recommend AHCC enough.

If you’re looking for an amazing place for you or your family to train then Alamo Heights Combat Club is it. Our son has been training here for the past year. Professor Nuno and coach Donny are incredibly skilled, patient with the kids and push them to reach their full potential. Definitely recommend!!!

AHCC is great for children. Our daughter has been enrolled for 4 months and Professor Nuno, Coach Donny, and the other coaches are great with the kids. They learn discipline, BJJ as well as get energy out. We recommend them highly.

I have nothing but high praise for AHCC. Professor Nuno and assistant coach Donny are amazing with the kids. Classes are thoughtfully put together with a mix of playful exercises and more serious training where the kids are expected to display an uncommon level of discipline for such young kids. The facility itself is kept clean and orderly. There is no shortage of kids, so there’s ample opportunity to train with various skill levels. My son recently entered his first tournament, and he did well in a way that was a testament to how good - despite how much fun the kids have - the training actually is at AHCC. Attached is a video of his very first match.

Awesome is the only way to explain the experience at Alamo Heights Combat Club! Nuno Is creating something special at his gym. I was in San Antonio visiting, and he allowed me to drop by not only for the open mat but the next day as well. Even finding time to train and talk jiujitsu with me. If you’re looking for a safe and knowledgeable atmosphere for yourself or your kids. Where the coaches and professor care about everyone then you have to check out Alamo Heights!!
