She truly went above and beyond to ensure our little furry friend was well taken care of. After Petco cancelled our appointment, Lori took care of our dog Vivi on short notice. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. I have a large Bernedoodle and a Sheepadoodle, and both hate having their feet touched, especially my Bernedoodle. He was actually banned from our vet for nail trims. Before coming here, our vet had him on heavy doses of gabapentin, acepromazine and trazodone for 48 hours prior to nail trims, and even that didn’t work. We eventually had to put him under anesthesia just to cut his nails, and once he got extremely sick afterward. That was my breaking point. I decided to give her a try, and it has been life-changing. She has been trimming his nails for almost a year now with no medication at all. Her patience, kindness, and compassion are unmatched. She truly understands dogs and knows how to work with fear instead of forcing through it. I trust her completely, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who treats my dogs with such care and respect. If you have a dog that struggles, she is absolutely worth it. 🐾❤️
