I brought my dog Morticia in, and she was treated like one of their own! Alyssa was very sweet and explained everything to me. The dog bather, Max, was so sweet and loved on her. The bather she had and the groomers were just amazing! I'll definitely be bringing her back! Thank you, All Creatures, for actually caring and making sure my puppy felt safe, loved, and relaxed.

I’ve never had a dog that needed grooming and I found this place based on reviews and a lot of research. I have two Lagatto dogs that are not a popular breed and require a certain haircut. They exceed my expectations every time. I moved out of Orlando and tried a new groomer that was closer and I was so disappointed. So now I drive 30 minutes just to go back here to bring my two babies. I love this place and the staff are kind and great!

I Tell you that they can do no wrong in my eyes at All Creatures Pet Grooming. I have been taking my fur babies there for at least the last 10 years. I started going there because I had a Rottweiler that had gotten too big at the last groomer. They actually were the one’s that referred me. Ever since then my last three other babies have gone there. They are always very pleasant. If for any reason I need them to make a little adjustment, they don’t frown they will just do it with no questions asked. I actually had a time where I asked if they could cut a little bit more hair off my fur baby’s face, and the lady was actually getting ready to leave out the door, she stopped, turned around, took my baby in the back and did it. That is what I called the epitome of awesome customer service. I have referred a lot of people there from different counties here in Florida. Also, it doesn’t hurt that they have great merchandise that is nicely priced. I also had an unexpected emergency once and had to use them to board 2 of my babies while they were there to be groomed, and they did not hesitate to let me know that my babies would be in safe hands until I could come and pick them up. also, I’ve had the pleasure of enrolling my babies in daycamp, which one of them, the Frenchy absolutely loves. Because she is so hyper. I always ask them to put her in camp with the bigger dogs and they love her and she love them I’ve never had a problem at all.The quality of service there is like no other.
