This is the fourth time we have used All My Sons for our moving needs. It is still the best moving experience we have had working with this company. They were on-time, professional, very friendly, smiling the whole time, and meticulously wrapped our furniture, being very careful with it. The price was very reasonable, especially because moving is extremely hard work. I appreciated their conscientiousness with their use of time. We thought they were fantastic and we will use them again in the very near future.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I was originally quoted $200 for the first hour, and with the 20% discount I was told the total would be $160. I paid the $100 deposit based on that quote. When the movers arrived, going through paperwork, I was suddenly told there was a 3-hour minimum and that the move would cost $300. Then after I explained that this was not what I was told and tried to come up with the money, I was told the “minimum” would actually be around $500. At no point during booking was I told there was a 3-hour minimum or that the price could suddenly jump from $160 to $300-$500. I understand that extra time or services can cost more, but this felt misleading and dishonest because the numbers kept changing. I ended up wasting my time, scrambling to borrow money, and still having no moving company. I was only moving a few minutes away, and this experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Please be very careful and get every charge, minimum, and fee in writing before booking with this company. Now send me my refund.
