This place has unfortunately gone downhill and is not what it used to be. During our visit, a child was running around the trampoline area with a long screwdriver, throwing it and pretending to threaten other kids in a “playful” way, clearly not understanding how dangerous it was. What was more concerning was that staff—who also appeared very young—did nothing, even as several parents were visibly worried. I went to get my son, and by that point the screwdriver had been thrown onto the trampoline itself, which could have caused serious injury. I took it away and brought it to the front desk. As I walked up, another parent was already complaining about the situation. When the adult supervising the child asked where he got it, the child pointed to the basketball area, which raises even more concerns about supervision and safety checks. This could have ended very badly. Trampoline parks are high-risk environments as it is, and allowing a dangerous object like that on the floor—especially without staff intervention—is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address supervision, staff training, and basic safety enforcement before someone gets hurt.

Family friendly. Clean. Can see kids almost anywhere in the facility from anywhere else in the big room. Staff are really nice to the kids even when the kids are being bananas. Good value for price of admission. They have made some updates since last time we went. The foam pits are now big inflatable pillow type things. It was great not coming home with bits of foam everywhere.

Altitude is great. The way it is set up is perfect for one adult watching multiple younger kids unlike every other trampoline park in the east valley where corners and walls make it hard/impossible to keep eyes on both. However, they recently changed their pizza for the birthday parties. My kids love the place so much, and they are so good to my family, that we happily rented private rooms, and considered the pricey birthday party money well spent. But for my youngest's most recent party this fall they had changed from getting Barro's pizza from one mile up the road to making their own. I was not notified about this change, and their pizza was a *significant* downgrade. Of course it was, they're a trampoline park, not a pizza place. For the money we spend for birthday parties, they should stick with Barro's. If they hadn't made this change, I would have given them five stars. And the trampoline park really is the best in the east valley (we've been to all of nearly all in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek).

Love this place! Great staff, pretty clean, and great prices! My 3 kids love coming here and always have a great time. We have had their birthday parties here and attended others and its always been a fun time. Highly recommended!

We've been coming here for years but stopped because it seemed a bit run down. We decided to revisit again, and to our surprise, it's been upgraded! Finally, they have additional seating! They also added small arcade and upgraded jumping areas. We try to visit at the opening to avoid crowds. I recommend filling out the waiver online before coming to save time.
