I took my Mercedes Benz to Alum Rock Auto Care to have my power steering pump fixed only to have it returned to me with a broken side mirror light and scrapes all around the car. I spoke with the workers at the auto care, but they refused to take accountability for their own mistakes. I 100% do not recommend anyone come here if you want your car returned worse than how you brought it in. I recommend anyone who brings their car in to take photos all around. I am extremely upset with how they handled this situation, all I asked was for them to fix the damages that they created. I will be filing a complaint with the BAR.

My family's bringing the cars here for years probably and the team were great guys. Seriously send fast and they also do with a smile. Quick in and out depending on what you got. Usually within 10-15 minutes for most oil changes and brakes. Probably about a half hour

Such nice people! I called Ariel that my engine light is on and asked how much is diagnostics, she’s like “girl, it’s free!” I called an auto shop in Morgan hill, and they charge $199, and then another shop in Milpitas, and they asked for $245, and finally Toyota dealership, and they asked for $300………… what is with all these places?!?! Ariel discovered that it was a minor code P0456. The technician, Thuan, Checked my oil cap thing, said it’s old and to replace it. And it’s free charge of their time. THAT WAS IT!!!!!! I will totally come back here for my future car issues. Thank you!!!! 🙏

Confirmed the oil change for my specific car would be $85 over the phone but when I came in they switched it up to $95. They seem to just make up their prices as they please. Wouldn’t return
