Excellent service. Ana was delightful in assisting us. I went in to help my mother in law with questions she had on options it was giving to her for new prescription glasses but Ana went above a beyond answering and guiding us through the process.

Hunter & Angela & Julie and the optometrist were all great at the Bachman location on northwest highway and Webb Chapel in big D - I bought two pair(s) of glasses and they even ordered me contacts to try before I buy - I’ve been to other America’s Best locations but never had the personal touch and honesty that I received here . . .

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now and they always have a great selection of frames making it hard to decide. My contact prescription has always seemed to be complicated but they’ve got it right here. Angela has provided me with great assistance and patience with filing on my insurance the last few years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the NWHwy location for your prescription lens needs.

Itzel was amazing and really helpful. I was hesitant on choosing a frame from here but she helped me pick a color that I am in love with. Also the doctor Bethany Barrett was sweet and good energy with my eye exam. Would honestly recommend this place to a friend or family. Good deal and honest practice here.
