Fix attitude issues for your organization (front desk lady ) make it more compassionate and listen to the people instead of jumping to always make a defense 😅. This place is beautiful, I respect your hard work but if you don't fix attitude problems. You will soon run out of business cos no more customers will come. Please listen, talk to that Karen too please. Oohh my God.

Fantastic CPR and first aid training! The entire process from online reg, to parking to classroom instruction was super smooth. Taylor (our instructor) used stories, examples, and repetition to help us retain the information. We did hands on training (mannequin) for adult and infant CPR and AED, and received a book of notes to keep. Learned a ton in a single day - highly recommend!

The front desk blonde lady is very rude disrespectful karen. My mom wanted to attend the classes I don’t know she didn’t accepted her but she charged her $140 then she returned $70 but not all money then we went spend gas and ask for remaining $70 she didn’t want to return at first hardly tried my best to get the remaining $70.

I took the Wilderness First Aid course with Taylor and had an awesome experience! He's super knowledgeable, a great teacher and made the class super fun. I now feel so much more comfortable rock climbing and backpacking and look forward to taking more classes like this in the future to be more prepared to help myself or others in a worst case scenario. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great experience and learned how to refine my technique. I enjoyed the instructors as well as the students in the class. The class and video is easy to follow and all my questions were answered prior to any tests or evaluations. I would recommend this class for everyone. I will be going back to become an instructor in February.
