Horrible horrible experience here! I came in for repairing an anklet clasp and shortening it. I had to remind him to do the repair after waiting for over a week. It was ready at the last possible day that I requested as I was going out of town. When I arrived to pick up the anklet, he had only done the repair and didn’t shorten! I was headed out of town so I had no time to wait. What a waste!!! Instead of erring on the side of right and customer service and completing the job with a discount, he charged me full price for an incomplete job. DO NOT GO HERE!
