This place is such a hidden gem! Me and my dad came for lunch with no expectations and were certainly blown away! We got 2 orders of pita bread, chicken curry, lamb biryani, and a mango lassi! All the food was so flavorful and delicious. Not only that, the workers were very kind. Lovely place and lovely people, would 100% recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Angara. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Hyderabadi biryani — rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and truly authentic. The ambience was peaceful, quiet, and very enjoyable. It’s a great place for families, friends, or even if you’re dining alone. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable. If you’re looking for the real taste of Hyderabad, this is a must-try. Highly recommended.

We were travelling from florida so as usual googled halal desi restaurant on a chritmas eve to eat late dinner. Most of the restaurants were closed so Angara was our choice for dinner, We ordered khatti Daal with white rice,Angara chicken platter,chicken leg platter,balochi beef platter every dish had flavor and a different taste All dishes served were 10/10. The restaurant manager was a nice,he made possible to serve fresh food in timely manner highly recommend.

The food is very delicious here at Angara. Gosht dum biryani was what I had ordered and it was very delicious. Enjoyed eating every bite. Mr. Saif checked on us couple of times to make sure if we needed anything. This is a great place to sit with family. It’s clean and has nice set up. Deki was also very helpful. Thank you Mr. Saif and Deki. We will be back again soon!

Angara kebab and karahi has been one of my go to restaurant ever since i stepped in houston. Being asian, bland foods never really soothe my taste but i found this restaurant while i was strolling around hillcroft. The food is really flavorful and delicious along with a decent price. Portions are pretty big. The naans are amazing!! I dont have it’s pictures but really big, fresh and tasty. Went there with my friends also alone sometimes. The ambiance is fine. But really peaceful for someone like me who doesn’t like crowds and noise. Tried multiple desi restaurants but like this one the most. Should definitely try.. Service was good. Polite and responsive staffs. Really had a good experience. Definitely worth the visit!!
