My sweet little boy was euthanized on January the 17th 2026 at 11:06 p.m. I couldn't see him suffer anymore people were so beautiful and nice to me and I thank you so very much hardest thing I have ever had to do I thought he would be here with me forever but he is in heaven loving his other best life way better place

Brought my cat in for an eye injury, they were quick to see her. The Vetenarian is very nice, makes you feel at ease and makes sure you understand the medical terms in depth. It is pricey for the visit but considering its an emergency room its still reasonable.

Called in at my dogs most vulnerable time and they quoted us $130 to see him and then we get there and suddenly there’s a $200 fee for absolutely nothing, trying to charge $600 for an xray (absurd) and after everything said my dog would be dying if I didn’t leave him there overnight for over $1200. Found a different animal hospital that charged me the same thing I paid here for 3 hours — keep my dog overnight for the same cost and did the X-rays free. Such a scam.

I was very grateful to have found this place! My cat was in a fight with a housemate and his ear was wounded. He developed an abscess on his ear so I called the nearest animal emergency clinic, which was this one. The wonderful and amazing receptionist Alison answered all my questions and recommend we get him in right away. The technicians CiCi, Connery and Wendy came to greet us right away. She took our baby to the back to get vitals. The doctor, Dr. McGookey came and spoke with my spouse and I and gave us an estimate for treatment. The prices were very affordable compared to other animal emergency rooms in the area. They also offered alternate payment options in the form of Cherry, a low credit base payment option you apply for online. I decided to try it out and I got approved! Even with my mediocre credit score. I was so happy Allison told us about it. We were prepared for a large bill, thankfully the prices were reasonable and we were able to use Cherry to split up our payments. Thank you Dr. McGookey and AER TEAM!! You are all so professional and compassionate. Our Tubs is home and happy. Thank you so much!
