Edit: Definitely wasnt that windy earlier. And the phone was ringing fine. I don't understand your response. Sunday 8:45p.m. Google says open. But I can't get anyone to awnser the phone? What's the point in having a phone if you won't answer it. What's the point in having store hours if you won't update them? I don't understand much. Since I was born tonight. It's my first day on earth.

Terrible customer service. My daughter kept looking at the plushies they had up over their heads and no one would ask if we needed help looking at the plushies. Given the price they are you would think people would be eager to sell them quick but nope. My son wanted to purchase a pack of Pokemon cards as well and they kept pushing him to buy the packs out of the booster box but my son wanted a sleeved pack. I wonder why they were pushing so hard to sell the booster box packs? I won’t be going back to this place you need to train your people to help everyone in the store at all times!! That’s what they get paid for to sell your items it amazes me how your employees don’t care at all. For a small business this should be something you look into. You’re welcome for the free advice too bad you lost a great customer forever. Someone actually willing to spend on your ridiculous prices. Good luck. Edit: sorry for my honesty but after reading more of your reviews it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. I never said I went in today. You know customers are allowed to review your business even after they have visited. My visit was more than a month ago I just don’t want your employees messing with me or my family therefore they do not remember who I am. Fix your issues and stop saying we are fake reviewing you because none of my reviews are fake.

hi! i’m a figurine collector! i found this place a week or so ag,o and i absolutely love it! i’ve been back almost daily since! the staff has always been soo friendly and kind to me! in my opinion the figurines are fairly priced here! it feels clean, open, and welcoming!
