Sauna is hot! Cold plunge is COLD! Steam room is so-so, but I don't need it. It's a clean, small place. Dry sauna needs renovation - wood should be replaced.

I’m honestly shocked and don’t know how to react. Today my wife and her friends visited your sauna, and a person whose gender was unclear (possibly male at birth) entered the women’s area. Why is this allowed? For many guests, this can feel very uncomfortable and raise safety concerns. Could you please explain your policy regarding situations like this?

THE most amazing massage I’ve ever had! Genie was incredible. I got the acupuncture and hot stone massage. I felt reborn. I was nervous because it was my first time going to a Korean spa but everyone was very friendly

For females looking for scrub and massage, ask for genie. It’s my first time so I can’t speak to the other ladies, but I just had a great time, so I’m personally planning on asking for her myself. Went for the 60 minute combo which I think was worth it since the scrub itself for 30 minutes is $85. Don’t forget to bring cash and you should tip between 20-30%. These ladies are working their own muscles trying to get you all cleaned up. Keep in mind you will be completely nude when you go in as this is more sanitary. So don’t be shy about your body and give them the freedom they need in order to scrub you down better. Do not wear a swimsuit into the wash area and please shower (they provide shampoo conditioner and body soap) before entering the water. Was my first time here, and there were only ever like 2-4 other ladies the time I was there (Tuesday from 10 AM to 12 PM). I was pressed for time so was unable to check out the clay room, but next time I plan to go to clay room, then shower, then the hot tub/steam room before another scrub and massage combo. Used the hair dryer and so thankful for the water machine and qtips to get ready for the rest of my day. Parking: 2 hr complimentary is the norm for this lot, but at the front desk they validate for 4 hours! I did see a buy 10 get 1 free promotion at the front, but I forgot to inquire about it. Bang for your buck-wise— I grew up in ktown LA so obvi it’s hard to compare to that area and even South Korea itself. I’m just grateful that there EVEN IS A SOLID OPTION here in San Diego. Genie herself also is very sweet and strong and makes sure you receive the full relaxing treatment.

Hands down one of the best experiences ever. Best scrub and massage I’ve ever had.
