Ive climbed here for about a year, and Ive enjoyed my experience overall with Dillo. They set very frequently and the routes are pretty decent. The staff here is also pretty nice and are willing to answer questions you might have, or just talk abt climbing. The community here is one of the best aspects of Dillo everyone is extremely friendly, especially with new climbers. They are also kid friendly, which can be a blessing and a curse, and do classes for adults. the new location is awesome and I love the new Board/ workout area.

Just want to point out this place advertises as having kids as young as 3 years old is ok . This is false advertising of establishment, it is very clear the owners don’t want younger kids at this gym. Clearly they do not like having young Children around. Don’t go here if you have little ones especially toddlers . One of the front desk employees really got very anxious and reactive . There is a right way and wrong way to talk to people , he chose the wrong way to handle the situation.

The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly/welcoming! Another bonus is the rented shoes did not smell awful (unlike another climbing gym I visited in SA that I won’t name here). The intro class by Matt was very helpful and informative (again, another climbing gym in SA offered an intro class but it wasn’t quite as informative). This gym is slightly higher in price than the other gym, but it’s well worth it because of the customer service, bigger space, and overall cleaner facility.
