I bought a 2 inch flatiron. Less than 2 hours later I called to exchange for a 11/2 inch flatiron. Was told by the clerk..no problem,come in and exchange. When I arrived at the store,I was attended by the manager. The man was not helpful,said the clerk was mistaken,I couldn't return or exchange,even with receipt and box. He said he had been in the bathroom.And the clerk earlier was mistaken/didn't know store rules. What a croc..nowhere in the receipt says sales are final. Don't waste your time there.
