It would be a great improvement if they’d stop letting their entry be a default homeless shelter. Nothing says ‘take us seriously’ more than having the stench of urine and fecal matter, trash, and clothes around the front door. What a drag on the coffee shop next door as well. Have some pride. Take some more responsibility for the upkeep of the property.

A wonderful place with a beautifully curated art gallery, art classes, and events (: Everyone here is also very kind. They are helping keep art alive in Houston. There is also an art store in walking distance, and a coffee shop in the same building. It’s a very nice spot.

I love walking into the gallery and instantly be greeted with a smile into an exhibit. It's always free and there's a coffee shop next door which is awesome.

ALH goals, performance and activities variety are outstanding. Today I want to comment about the Drawing with Charcoal course I took the Fall 2022 term. The instructor, A. Castellan, balanced nicely theory and practice and, engaged with the participants making the classes and homework interesting and didactic. Highly recommend this course.
