Just ok. Went in for an intro session to their happiness program. Still get emails and solicitation to go on their mediation workshop even after the session. I would do it if it wasn't so expensive. Mind you I've been looking into meditation but haven't fully committed so money is relative at this point.

This was a great experience..did the one hour meditation on a Sunday afternoon....such a nice spot and very helpful.....will be going back often and looking forward to learning more....this week has been less stressful and more joyful....thanks guys....
