I recently had my apartment deep cleaned and they did such a great job! Super thorough and everything felt so fresh after. I also really appreciated the initial and final walkthrough, it made the whole process feel really professional and made sure I was happy with everything. Booking was easy, communication was smooth, and they showed up right on time. Overall such a seamless experience. I’ll definitely be booking again.

Booked a deep clean, and they sent one solo cleaner for 3 hours, to a 950 sq ft place. Obviously, the place was not cleaned deeply - floors were barely touched, many areas were still dirty - if this were even a “light” clean I still would have been upset. Communication afterwards was solid - they wanted to make things right. But astonishingly, they sent back the SAME person, solo, to finish the job. She seemed flustered and overwhelmed. She spent 6 hours this time, and at first glance it seemed much better. Later I noticed the floors were still filthy, floorboards, under bed, behind things - all filthy (and all areas you expect to be cleaned when you say “deep” clean). Communication after this was a bit slow, and I was only reimbursed $50. Now I have to pay for another company to do the job, and I’m out the money I spent and time I wasted on Ascend. I hope this review saves someone the hassle I went through.
