I paid $160 for “white glove premium” delivery of my sofas. Upon delivery, it was raining and the couch’s were uncovered with no plastic wrap and the movers ripped my sofa. When I brought the rip to their attention they said they would send someone out the same day to repair the rip so I took their word and signed for confirmation of the sofa delivery. When the man they sent arrived he looked at the rip and said he cannot fix it. I went in person to Ashley’s and told them about the incident to reach a resolution. I told my story and was laughed at by the employee who asked me why I would trust their delivery driver’s word in having the sofa rip fixed. I called both customer service as well as the store 5+ times through the following week and each time was told they need more time to review the case.

I purchased a bedroom set the beginning of the month, and foundbout on deli ery the set was damaged and had poor quality parts. i informed the store of the situation. Once informed the store said they could on give me a $125 credit. i was very displeased and found out that becausebof it being a display set there was no returns or exchanges even though the set was damagedbin transit. Im now trying to diapute the whole charge and delivery fee; since i was told that the delivery team damaged the bedroom set.
