We had an amazing experience with Aspinwall. The plumbers who came out were just so transparent, great at explaining everything, and at the end of the day did a simple clean up and maintenance when a competitor was pushing a complete boiler replacement. Aspinwall is our new go-to for anything plumbing!

Let me start off by saying I did my own diagnostics so I knew exactly what this part would cost me but I chose to have a recommended company come out. Two technicians showed up One was in training The older one is the guy that did the work he was cool at first told me a little story about how someone made a phone call to the office because he said to a customer who wears the pants in your family because The husband had to ask the wife first before he moved forward with whatever job they were doing. I told him I get the same thing in my line of work but I have never once said to a customer who wears the pants in your family. So he installs my electrical part which took less than 10 minutes they were here no more than a half an hour which is on home surveillance. After the installation he said do you want me to go upstairs and check the heat or can you do it I said I'll do it She's in her robe she wouldn't appreciate that then he proceeded to say oh yeah I definitely want to go upstairs and I said are you kidding me she would have a meltdown he said yeah you should let me go upstairs I can go check your heat and then it dawned on me this guy does not know how to talk to customers I felt extremely violent after hearing that so I was done with him at that point. So we get outside the older guy was in the van the younger guy pulls out his cell phone and says to me the bill is $699.00 and I said are you kidding me why would it be that kind of money? So then he hands me his completely shattered phone and I said do you have virus protection on this phone and he said no I didn't know you can have virus protection on your cell phone and I said you absolutely can what network are you on and he said AT&T and I said you probably have a free virus protection with your plan why would you not have virus protection your phone could be compromised and you don't even know it. He then told me that his bank account had got hit for dollar increments so that means they were testing his account which also means his phone is compromised and this company is accepting credit card payments over employee personal phones. So we call up the company asking how the day come up with their prices and can they break down the itemized bill she said they don't do it like that they just charge a flat fee I just looked at another video and a guy got charged $300 and 50 something dollars for a gasket how in the world am I being charged $699 for a unit that I could have bought online because I looked for it at $65 The top price for what I was looking for was $85. The reception is said that they were going to have accounting call and they never called. And the best part is my significant other is head of HR and does accounting so she knew the right questions to ask and the woman fumbled. I have disputed my charge and being that I am a business owner I would expect a customer to do the same thing to me that price was outrageous. Update: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Owner and I spoke and He's really a nice guy. After a conversation we came to a conclusion and it worked out well for the both of us

Aspinwall put in our new gas insert in and the entire experience was seamless. Lots of moving pieces but Mike made it happen from coordinating with the electrician to the chimney liner company and finally the install. Highly recommend!

Great technicians. Didn’t talk down to me. Listened as I described observations and took the time to inspect entire system. Turns out my prior ‘diamond’ contractor didn’t set up my Mitsu hyper heat system up correctly and Jake found several mistakes. Waiting to see how the system operates in the very cold season ahead.

Had fireplace maintenance scheduled. Technician Dan arrived and took fantastic care of our fireplace cleaning it thoroughly and replacing the burned out embers. Looks as good as new!
