I’ve never had a bad experience here. I saw Viktoria recently. She takes the time to map out the eyebrows and shows you before hand. I’m newly using Trentinoin so we tweezed instead of wax along with brown tint. Greatly appreciated! I’ve also seen Brittany and Alyssa!
