I have been coming here for almost 2 mo now and absolutely love it! I trained at another higher end gym for almost 10 yrs and was not getting what I needed. This place is based on functional training which is perfect for getting you super fit and mobile and pain free. All the trainers have been great and this is my permanent gym now!

AO is hands-down the best place to work out. They have multiple time options for each type of class they offer, which means you can easily get a class in even if your schedule changes. The environment is welcoming and fun, and the coaches are all incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive. Even in a large class, the coaches make a point to go around and make sure everyone is doing well, answer any questions, and modify/correct form when necessary. AO makes working out so much fun.
