Absolutely amazing! Both technicians Alfonso, and Duncan were great with their skillset and help unclogging my main line drain. The dispatcher Josh who set up my appt was so kind and welcoming as well. I will definitely be a returning customer

They worked with us on pricing, were flexible with scheduling, and even managed to get our heating installed right before Christmas, honestly, the best Christmas present we could’ve asked for. Throughout the whole process, they showed us nothing but care and patience. Stephen, the tech who handled our initial inspection, was fantastic. He had such a warm personality and was very easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. He took the time to walk us through our options and offered great solutions for our heating needs. They did an excellent job walking us through the technical specs, explaining basic California inspection requirements, and guiding us step-by-step through the setup process with our Google Nest thermostat. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain everything made us feel confident and taken care of. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and painless. I appreciated not only being able to pick a target block of time for service, and was delighted to then get updated shortly after that by an email containing a specific 30-minute time slot when I could expect the technicians to arrive! William and Jason then arrived within that time slot, were very professional, courteous, and thorough in asking questions about what was happening, in order to diagnose and completely fix the issue. They also provided multiple potential backup plans (though not needed), in case the initial solution did not fully solve the issue. I'm thrilled with the service we got from Atlas Trillo and will call them again as needed in the future!
