Gustavo came to help us with our immobilized vehicle. He was patient, courteous and extremely helpful - the qualities that define service. He waited for almost an hour before we had the issue resolved. It was cold and windy, but, it was no deterrent for Gustavo. We were fortunate to have him assist us on a night that was very stressful for us. Thank you, Gustavo 👍

I can’t speak to the tow truck driver who handles my wrecked car. He did a good job, however, I didn’t really have any interaction with him (Marco). On the other hand, when I went to get things out of my car, the man there was the rudest individual I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. He was downright mean. I was not upset when I got there (although probably should’ve been), but he was so incredibly rude, I couldn’t believe it. I don’t normally leave reviews like this primarily because I find most people to be polite, have some semblance of customer service and kind. I would recommend you not have this guy be your public facing representative. Seriously not good for business.

I spoke with a woman over the phone and I could sense from the way she spoke with she deals with a lot of rude and disrespectful people. When I showed up in person, the woman, was polite, respectful, and very helpful. There was a older man also there that was also very helpful. I have had to deal with 2 vehicles in my life time, this being the second. This was a really good experience, sounds weird I know but they're that good.

I had one of ATX-VIP tow truck drivers pull over and help me with a flat tire on the side of 71. I hadn't called them, and this gentleman offered his help unsolicited. It was so kind of him, and unfortunately I didn't get his name before we had to get off the highway. What a blessing! Thank you so much!!

I was at the Tow Lot in Kyle, TX and I had a Tow Truck Driver named Marco help me. I want everyone to know what great customer service and patience he had. When I meet someone with such great integrity, I am truly impressed. Marco went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and treat me with respect during a stressful situation. His professionalism and kindness made a difficult experience much easier, and I am very grateful for his help.
