We have loved the Austin Creative Art Center. My son is very interested in art but was unable to take all the art classes in school that he wanted due to scheduling. We enrolled him here to help him learn craft and technique to match his passion. He excelled during his time here, he developed confidence and curiosity. This is a lovely nurturing environment that is supportive and meets the student at their level but also pushes them to go beyond where they feel comfortable. I am very grateful for the encouragement my son has received, and we look forward to more courses in different mediums.

This is a wonderful resource for portfolio development. Carlyn is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor who helped my daughter immensely in preparing for her high school fine arts' application to McCallum. We can't say enough nice things about her experience here!

Really appreciated the experience. Take it for what it is, though: relaxed atmosphere, with the best art supplies to try out (before you buy, or wholly different mediums), in the heart of town. Mother/daughter instructors were encouraging, but struggled to actually teach a completely untaught novice (me). Still enjoyed it at my own pace.

We have been taking our kids to ACAC for years! You will not find a more welcoming, energetic and talented group of individuals to teach your children. I have been amazed at the projects my kids have brought home. Zoe and her daughters have really created an amazing world here.
