Jon came out to inspect my roof after I found a shingle in my backyard. He was extremely honest and straightforward, took the time to check everything carefully, and clearly explained what he was seeing. In the end, there was no damage, which I really appreciated because he didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. That level of honesty is rare. Reached out to Morgan with Austin Roofing Company & Water Damage on March 12th after realizing my 22 year old roof had a hole in it. Morgan was contacted early that morning and before noon she had already arrived, inspected, and patched the hole at no cost to me. She really earned my business right off the bat with her speed and professionalism, not to mention her winning personality. She let me know that due to the age and lack of weather damage, this would be an out of pocket cost, which I was anticipating as I wanted to avoid making an insurance claim. She took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and she got me excited for the project by having me pick the color of the shingles that would best match the aesthetic of the house. Fast forward, today is now the 19th, and already as of 2pm this afternoon I have a brand new, beautiful roof with new vents and they even repaired some damage to my eave caused by one of my low hanging trees. Morgan helped me to get 12 month interest free financing through their lender, and I just couldn't be happier with the price and (most importantly) urgency by which the crew worked to complete the job. The price was hundreds of dollars under what other companies quoted me, the workmanship very good, and Morgan was professional and communicative every step of the way. This is a person who really stands by their word. Best part? The crew was very respectful of my belongings, even carefully placing all my potted plants back when they were done. They cleaned up the area beautifully, even taking the time to pick shingles out of bushes that I thought for sure I would need to attend to once they left. I honestly can't find a single trace that they were even here this morning. Except for the fact that I have a new roof, of course. Incredible. Morgan and my dog also really hit it off, which never hurts! Hands down, I'm very pleased with my decision to work with Austin Roofing Company & Water Damage and you will be, too.

I had an issue with my home and my ceiling was dripping water through the light next to the vent whenever it rained hard. I had gotten another handy man to fix it a few times but every time when it rained again, my ceiling would drip. I called WDR for an estimate and Coby was able to get back to me very quickly and got my roof inspected. He answered all of my questions and even walked me through how to file a claim with insurance if I needed to go that route. The repair was done promptly and I have not had any dripping when it has rained hard since.

Morgan and WDR did a tremendous job with helping fix my roof. After the initial inspection, her team quickly covered the damaged areas to ensure the roof would be safe from an upcoming storm that evening...all at no charge. Communication was always clear and very personable. I was never pushed to purchase any add-ons, etc. Morgan also showed up to verify the assessment from the insurance inspection agent. Her professional knowledge, experience and service were outstanding, and she walked me through the entire process from start to finish, including photos to verify the damage and the repairs made. This man was the first and only roofer who actually advised me not to file an insurance claim. He explained that the damage on my roof was minimal and that filing a claim would most likely be denied and could even increase my insurance premium. That level of honesty is rare. Several other roofers inspected my roof before him, and every single one encouraged me to file a claim and replace the roof. Ali was different. Instead of trying to make a sale, he took the time to explain that there haven’t been any major hailstorms in Lakeway recently, which is why my roof is still in healthy and safe condition. What stood out the most was his integrity, friendliness, and professionalism. From the moment we started talking, it felt like I was speaking with someone I’d known for years.
