In 2022, AXA / Equitable Financial had to pay a $50 Million penalty to settle SEC charges that it provided misleading account statements to investors. The accounts belonged to public school teachers and staff investing for retirement. They only got a little of my money before I read up on them through 403BWISE. Have not heard from customer service, but I would love to talk with someone other than the salespeople who failed to disclose their history.

Brian Thiet and Gavin Jerg advised me for several years while preparing for my retirement.
