The dress was pretty, but the sizing is way off. I’m a size 2 normally, but I ordered a 0 so the dress would be snug. Surprisingly, the 0 was a little big, so I reached out to customer service THREE TIMES to exchange for a 00 and no one ever got back to me. I emailed twice, then tried the chat box option which told me a representative would get back to me within two days…. Two days???? Either way, it’s been three days since trying the chat box and two weeks since I initially reached out to them with zero response. EDIT: After four contact attempts, they finally got back to me after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting in the chat box section since they’ve discontinued the ability to call a service agent. I was able to return the dress and get a refund, and I have ordered the 00. I’ve updated my one star review to three stars because it shouldn’t take four attempts to get ahold of customer service. EDIT 2: I’m moving my rating back down to one star because after finally getting ahold of someone after four attempts, I was able to trade the dress for a smaller size. It’s been three weeks now and I still have not received the new dress and the wedding is in five days. Had they gotten back to me the first time I reached out to them about getting a smaller size this wouldn’t be an issue. Now I have to frantically search for a new dress last minute. This company is a customer service disaster.

I received an order of four dresses in two packages: three dresses in boxes and the fourth in a bag. To return them, I have to do it all in one package. What's going on? The box the three dresses came in was too small to fit all four dresses together. Figure out how to fit all four into a bigger box and hope I don't get charged. I'm not happy about this at all.

As of 4/21/26: SHADY. UNRELIABLE. FALSE ADVERTISING. NO PHONE SUPPORT. CHAT IS A BOT. PHONE NUMBER LISTED IN CA - "YOUR CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED." LOST/CANCELLED MY ORDER, CLAIMING "NO ORDERS PLACED", AFTER TAKING MY PAYMENT AND GIVING ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IN FEBRUARY. I'm the MOB. NOW I HAVE TO QUICKLY FIND ANOTHER DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING IN JUNE. YES, I'M YELLING.

I received my dress today, and it's been a fantastic experience! It arrived in a lovely box, beautifully presented, with its own bag. Everything looks great so far; now I just have to try it on!

Dress looked cheap and I returned it 1 month ago and have yet to get a refund. I wrote an email yesterday only to get an unhelpful AI response. Today I tried utilizing their chat support (which the website says is available until 6pm pacific time), only to be added to the queue and said queue predicted an “agent will be with me in 3 to 4 days”.
