Anytime I take a class I walk out feeling better than when I came in. Working out here has made a difference on not just my physical, but my mental health as well. The instructors that I’ve taken classes from always make it fun while challenging, there’s a strong sense of community and you’re surrounded by uplifting energy.

I’ve now taken two Pilates classes at this studio and can confidently say I will not be returning or recommending it. Classes start late, instruction lacks structure, and instructors spend more time discussing their personal lives than actually teaching. Cueing was minimal, with little to no guidance on form, alignment, or muscle engagement. I expected professionalism and clear, intentional instruction. Unfortunately, this studio did not deliver.

They have a lot of classes options. All the teachers are great, each with their own style, but all make the classes very good and fun! I am absolutely a fan of Katy and I try not to miss her classes.
