They will charge you 50% if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, but offer nothing when they do the same to you except to tell you you can come another time that doesn't work with your schedule. Oh, and they do all of this over text instead of giving you the courtesy of a call. Edit: I responded several times to your request to accommodate your schedule, not mine. I am happy to post those. Don't call me a liar please when I have proof that you did not live up to your own cancelation policy.

Bang! Salon in Chicago is the best Salon! Their beautiful Senior Stylist Steffani gave me the most amazing color dye and hair cut! She is extraordinary talented like a genius and super sweet like an angel! She deeply touched my heart ❤️. She did the most outstanding job, so everyone said that my hair looks beautiful. Best hair cut ever. Incredible! Miracle Steffani👍👍👍👍👍 The front desk girl is beautiful and sweet who warmly hosted us! So grateful!

Not only is the salon SO cute and well decorated but it's also extremely accessible and staffed with wonderful and kind humans that make you feel extremely welcomed. I saw Sky for my first professional haircut in over 3 years and I left feeling the hottest I have ever felt. As a fat human salons can be a scary place to go to especially if it is your first time but at BANG their chairs were size inclusive and very comfortable including the shampoo bowl chair. I did not feel like I had to squeeze into the chair or the horrible "sit on the edge of the chair because I can't fit between the arms" nor did I have any fear of them breaking: I was genuinely so comfortable for my entire appointment. Sky is an amazing stylist which I already knew as we are long time friends but they really blew me away with my hair. They were very thorough in my consultation and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. My cut was very gender affirming and truly just so good. I can't wait to come back to Chicago and visit BANG again! ❤️

Daphne is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I came from out of town and showed them a cut my old stylist wasn’t able to achieve. They not only nailed it, but tailored it to my hair texture and personal routine. Their energy was so welcoming and relaxing. If they weren’t a 5 hour drive away, I would be coming back every week just for styles alone!! They diffused my hair and defined my waves/curls piece by piece. Could not recommend enough, from working in the hair industry myself, I hands down would recommend this salon. You cannot go wrong. Daphne will always have a special place in my heart… might need to make a 5 hour drive for another cut in the future.
