I had an excellent experience with Banner Pest Service, specifically with my inspector, Miguel M. Miguel was the consummate professional—very polite and clearly an expert in his field. He knew exactly what he was looking for and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He identified some subterranean termites and didn't just tell me about them; he showed me clear photos of his findings and explained exactly what they were and how they behave. What I appreciated most was the efficiency. After sending his findings to the main office, he let me know he could take care of the treatment the very same day. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Banner Pest Service, and if you can, definitely ask for Miguel M.!
