I’d gone to a different B&N where the employee treated me like an idiot. Deane at this store was SO kind! They never made me feel stupid for asking simple questions and genuinely spoke with such kindness. This location is quite a drive from where I live, but I will always go out of my way to head to this location because of people like them. 🩷

Always a great place to visit when in from out of town! I ordered a book they didn't have on hand and it will be delivered to my home for only $4 shipping!

Went in last night at 8 with my husband and we were followed around by a female employee the entire time we were there. It was ridiculous. This has been our default B&N to visit for 10 years running and this is the first time this has happened. I could maybe understand if we came in with bags or a backpack but nope, I didn't even bring in my purse. Did she think we were going to hide books or merch down our shorts...? Just bizarre. She refused to let us browse in peace which meant we didn't feel comfortable spending money and why I felt compelled to leave this review. The sole reason we buy at B&N and not Amazon (though the same books are way cheaper) is for the fun and relaxation of browsing in a cozy atmosphere. Would be great if you didn't ruin that for customers

I'm a fan of Barnes & Noble, but for some reason, this location has no outlets in the Starbuck's area, and several of the outlets in the rest of the store are loose. That's the only reason that I knocked one star off. However, it does have a great selection of books, music, magazines, movies, and much more.
