Very dark store. If this was all you had within 50 miles then it would be your option I guess. Was not impressed and would not make an effort to shop here again.

My husband and I visited Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs tonight to browse and potentially make a purchase. Throughout our visit, we passed at least five or six employees in different areas of the store, and not one person asked if we needed assistance. We spent a significant amount of time in the gun section looking at firearms and were genuinely interested in buying. While we were there, a group of young gentlemen walked up and were assisted immediately. After helping them, the employee then went on to assist another customer. At no point were we approached or asked if we needed help. We were there about an hour and a half before closing, so it was not close to closing time or during a rush. As we were leaving, I commented that we hadn’t received any help. A female employee walked past me, made eye contact, and continued walking without offering assistance. Because of the lack of customer service, we left immediately and went straight to Scheels, where we were assisted and ended up spending $100. The store itself was clean, organized, and well stocked, but customer service matters. Based on this experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Terrible service. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Yet again another holiday gift Cabela's insists on ruining as it always does! I said after last years ridiculous fiasco of an order online that I would never shop at Cabela's again as there way overpriced anyway but they had a decent black Friday special on an item this year my dad couldn't live without so I ordered it as a Christmas present. Item clearly says it will not be identifiable by its packaging but I checked the gift box anyway. Of course they shipped it in its original packing with nothing covering over the box that shows exactly what's inside it shipped in its original packaging. Thanks yet again Cabela's and this will truly be the last time I shop here.
